Refund policy
Damages and issues:
Please carefully inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
As a custom manufacturer we guarantee our products against defects in workmanship if reported and verified immediately upon receipt and no later than 7 days from delivery. We do have an extremely rigorous quality assurance process which should always eliminate this remote possibility. However if defects are found we will of course address and correct them immediately.
Only defective items are eligible for return.
If you claim a defect and your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
