ABOUT OUR TRADE PROGRAM
If you are a professional interior designer, architect, home stager, or licensed general contractor that works with homeowners on their design or improvement projects, we encourage you to register for our Trade program. You will enjoy personalized support for your design business, including online ordering, new product previews, as well as access to a single point of contact to help you manage multiple customer projects.
To apply for our Design Trade program, please complete and submit this PDF application. If you are approved, you will receive an account login and password at which point you may login at any time to place your orders, check pricing, configure products, and create estimates for your orders.
At least one of the following documents is required to support your application to become a Julia B. trade partner:
- A valid business license verifying your business in interior design or staging
- A valid EIN or Resale Certificate confirming active interior design based business
- Membership proof from an international interior design organization equivalent

Upon completion of your application, you will receive an email advising as to the status of your application within two business days of submission.
PLACING TRADE ORDERS
All Julia B. trade partners are required to place their orders online except in those cases customs where special or custom orders require further dialogue and consultation. The majority of the orders placed will then be made to your precise specifications once the product(s) are configured online. The production process only commences once we have received payment in full. All products typically ship within 8-12 weeks. Occasionally special orders or peak periods will require slightly longer lead times to manufacture. When a monogram is selected as a part of your order, production will only begin once monogram artwork is reviewed and approved in writing.
Approved Trade accounts may submit orders with a purchase order initially, all orders must be paid in full via bank transfer (preferred method) Check or Credit Card. Payments by credit card are subject to a 3.5% convenience fee.
Please view our color palette here with over 40 “standard” colors we meet the vast majority of our customers’ tastes and needs. If required, we also have the ability to custom match our fabrics and yarns to specific colors you provide.

An Important Note From Julia B. Regarding Our Luxurious Bedding & Thread Counts
We hand-select only the finest fabrics from the leading mills of the world. In an era where it seems that everyone seeks to quantify everything, the question of thread count has become an often deceiving topic. We feature our Julia B. standard 450 thread count percale cotton which is of exceptional quality. That being said, the number of horizontal and vertical threads per square inch ("thread count") is definitely not what one should be focusing on. Rather the quality and length of the cotton fibers, are far more important indicators of true quality. We stand by the magnificent quality of our bedding yet for those customers who prefer, we are happy to offer you even higher thread counts.
All orders ship FedEx ground unless otherwise specified. We can ship anywhere and offer a broad variety of services based upon your customers’ needs and preferences including shipping to our trade partner or directly to the customer.
