Business Qualifications

Providing You With The Samples You Need

We offer a very extensive range of fabrics, threads, colors, materials and finishes and no color request is ever “too special.”

We are also happy to make sample swatches of embroidery styles and monograms to ensure that you and your clients are completely happy with your selection(s).

Designing Monograms, Crests & Coats of Arms

At Julia B. Casa, our monograms are always hand-embroidered using trapunto and shadow stitch techniques. The finished results resemble old world monograms of the 19th century often found in Italian and French vintage linens.

We offer a collection of nearly 50 monogram designs which are all vintage inspired and offered in one letter, two letter, and three letter combinations. We encourage multiple colors to be used to create a gorgeous result however white on white can be wonderfully elegant.

Monogram renderings are provided free of charge upon order approval. For the more discerning clients we are always happy to create custom designs as well as to incorporate crowns, crests and coats of arms.

Whether they be fabrics, or threads, or buttons, for our linens, or wood, metal, porcelain, rattan, wicker, or stone for our furnishings, you can be assured of our steadfast intent to discover and use the best the world has to offer. Please download and complete the application. Then kindly send it back to us via email along with at least one of the following documents in order to support your application to become a Julia B. trade partner:

• Valid business license
• Valid EIN or resale certificate
• Proof of membership with an internationally recognized interior design or architecture trade organization.

Placing Trade Orders
All Julia B. trade partners are requested to place their orders online except in those cases where special or custom orders require further dialogue and consultation. Your orders will then
be made to your precise specifications once the product(s) are configured online. The production process only commences once we have received payment in full.
All products typically ship within 8-12 weeks. Occasionally special orders or peak periods will require slightly longer lead times to produce.
When a monogram is selected as a part of your order, production can only begin once monogram artwork is reviewed and approved in writing.

Payment Options
Approved Trade accounts may submit orders with a purchase order initially, all orders must be paid in full via bank transfer (preferred method) or Credit Card.
Payments by credit card are subject to a 3.5% convenience fee.

Shipping Policy
All orders ship either via DHL or FedEx ground unless otherwise specified. We can ship to you anywhere in the world and offer a broad variety of services
based upon your customers’ needs and preferences including shipping to our trade partners or directly to their clients.
