The vast majority of real estate agents are in cutthroat competition with one another, commissions paid by both buyer and seller, expensive yet essential notaries, the lack of exclusivity, sellers who do not welcome escrow, centuries of questionable land and building practices, landscape preservation committees, the list goes on and on...

Construction Management
Most excellent properties we encounter need work. Building age, a marked lack of maintenance or just "interesting" tastes all combine together to often require some level of remodeling and restoration. "Turnkey" is a very rare condition and often presents far less than it promises at price premiums that cannot be justified.
We are accustomed to managing all aspects of your home renovation. From plumbing, electrical, masonry, painting, woodworking, pool design, installation and beautiful landscaping... we have the skills, experience and wonderfully expert tradesman and artisans to realize all of your plans and desires. We are also deep believers in intensive, hands on Project Management so as to make sure that your dreams become reality within reasonable time frames.
Landscape Design
Whenever we think of the Italian Dream, we typically see fabulous vistas, gorgeous olive trees, striking cypresses and carefully conceived outdoor living spaces.
We absolutely love both landscape design and execution and will curate every aspect of your landscape, whether it requires a simple refresh or a complete redo. There is no mission that we love more than the creation of fabulous outdoor living moments.
Property Management
You now have the perfect home...you wish you could live here year round but then there is maintenance and management. We provide comprehensive Property Management services so that whether you are in your beautiful villa or half way around the world, we will ensure that your home is kept clean and secure, bills are paid, staff are hired and managed, etc.

At Julia B. Interior Design, we carefully select only a few projects to undertake each year. We are a boutique firm focused on providing very personalized, high touch services. You will work directly only with one or both of the two principles of the firm and your project will never be relegated to a well-meaning yet inexperienced assistant.
