Tuscan Villa Transformation
A project of extraordinary beauty and scale, indoors and out, situated in the heart of Tuscany’s Val d’Orcia - a UNESCO world Heritage site. Julia has has transformed an abandoned farm house, brimming with potential yet in great need of design vision and loving curation, into a stunning residence. It's myriad of spaces, indoors and out, were the perfect canvas for Julia to fully express the full range of her interior design vision and one of a kind bespoke artistry.
Umbrian Dreams
This glorious, seven bedroom / nine bath, fully restored farmhouse was the ultimate example of what we affectionately refer to as "Tuscan tragedy" design. Once again, Julia demonstrated her remarkable ability to completely revolutionize spaces, extending the beauty of the redesigned gardens and vistas into the living spaces, while creating distinct yet wonderfully harmonious rooms into glorious gems filled with beauty and endless opportunities for fun, entertaining and relaxation.
Our wonderful artisans and craftsmen, partnered with us beautifully to enable this reimaginaton of a home that was incredibly deserving of love and an integrated design vision. From beautifully hand painted details, to exquisite furnishings and marvelous restorative stone work, the Julia B. team of highly skilled artisans, is central to every project we do.
